Understanding Turnaround Time for your Order
When you place an order, it goes into production for printing. The time it takes to physically produce your order before despatch is called turnaround time.
For Print Lover, our standard turnaround time is 3 days.
How we calculate your Delivery Date
Turnaround time is part of the calculation in your estimated delivery date.
📅 Order Date + Turnaround Time + Delivery Time = Estimated Delivery Date

What is Turnaround Time?
Turnaround time covers the entire process from when you submit your order to when it's ready for despatch. This includes:
-
Printing - The time required to print your job, which varies based on size, complexity, and finishing touches.
-
Finishing - Additional steps such as cutting, binding, laminating, or folding.
-
Quality Control - Every order is checked to ensure it meets our high standards.
-
Despatch - Once everything is done, we package your order and get it ready for delivery.
Factors that may affect Turnaround Time
-
Job Complexity - Larger jobs usually take longer.
-
Quantity - More copies mean more time needed.
-
Urgency - Need it faster? Choose our Express or Super Express services.
-
Type of Finishing - Special finishes like laminating or folding can extend processing time.
-
Equipment Maintenance - Rare cases of machine repairs may cause slight delays.
-
Quality Checks - If an order doesn’t meet our standards, we may need to reprint part of it.
We’ll always keep you updated if there are any unexpected delays along the way!
