Using the Design Editor

When you open one of these products , you'll see your design on the canvas, with placeholder text and image areas already in place. Click any placeholder to edit it, or use the panel on the left to add new elements.

The left-hand panel has three tabs:

• Fields – drag Add Text, Add Image, or Add Barcode onto the canvas to place new elements
• Images – upload photographs or select images from your albums
• Pages – navigate between pages on multi-page products

Your design's fonts, colours and layout have been chosen to work together, so we'd recommend keeping these consistent throughout.

Click any text placeholder to select it, then click directly on the text to edit it. For full guidance on fonts, alignment and formatting, see Working with Text Fields.

Click an image placeholder, then use the Images tab to upload a photo or choose one from your albums. For full guidance on uploading, replacing and adjusting images, see Working with Images.

You can add a scannable QR code to your product, useful for linking to your website, online shop, or social media. Drag Add Barcode from the Fields panel onto the canvas to get started. See Adding a QR Code for full instructions.

If you need to step away before your design is complete, use Save as project in the top bar. Your project is saved to My Account > Saved Projects, where you can return to it at any time with your content intact.

When you're ready, click Preview to review your design in full before proceeding. Check all text and details carefully at this stage, as amendments aren't possible once payment has been confirmed.

Once you're happy with your design, click Add to basket. If you need to make changes afterwards, you can return to the editor at any time from your basket using Edit Design or Edit Options, your content will be preserved.
