We offer free next working day delivery on all orders to mainland UK!

⚠️ Please note, there are some geographical areas where delivery may take a little longer.

For the following postcodes, delivery may take 2-5 days:

Expected Delivery Dates

The dates provided on Print Lover are estimated delivery dates. While we aim to deliver on time, please note that unexpected delays, like weather, may affect your delivery.

Non-UK Delivery

At this time, we only deliver within the UK. However, if you're outside the UK and need help, our friendly sales team is happy to assist. Please feel free to contact us!

Courier

We ship your orders using DPD UK. The email address provided with the delivery address will be shared with DPD solely for delivery updates and contact purposes.

For larger orders we will use pallet delivery via Massey Wilcox, part of the Pallet Track network.

Track Your Order

You can easily track all your orders right from your Print Lover account for a smooth and stress-free experience. Tracking is not available for pallet deliveries.

FAQs

What happens if I miss my delivery?

Our courier will attempt delivery twice. If both attempts are unsuccessful, your order will be returned to us.

To reschedule delivery, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.

If we do not hear from you within 3 weeks, your order will be securely disposed of.

Where can I find my tracking details?

Print Lover will send an email when your order is shipped. This will include a link to your tracking page.

You can also find a tracking link in My Account > My Orders > Order Details > More Details

The tracking links will appear under the Delivery Options.

Where is my delivery?

You can check the status of your delivery using the tracking details.

If you supplied an email address with your delivery address, the courier will also send emails to keep you updated on your delivery.
