Placing an Order
Ordering is quick and easy! Visit our How It Works page for a step-by-step guide.
You can track and manage your orders under My Orders in your My Account section. Orders can be delivered to your address or sent to a different address of your choice.
Re-Order
Need to place a repeat order? You can quickly reorder any past purchase made within the last 400 days using the Re-Order button in My Orders. This will reload all previously selected products and artwork into your basket, allowing you to modify quantities or edit the design and options before checkout.

Your estimated delivery date is calculated as:
📅 Order Date + Turnaround Time + Delivery Time = Estimated Delivery Date
We use next-day delivery as standard, but some locations may take longer. For details, refer to Delivery Information.
Orders placed before 5pm will be processed the following business day. Our standard turnaround time is 3 days, but you can choose a Faster Turnaround option if needed. Visit Turnaround for more details. |
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or stopped.
Please contact us as soon as possible. The best method is via email to help@printlover.com and by including photos of the damage. Our team will assist you as quickly as possible.
If you're unhappy with your order, reach out to our customer support team (Contact Us) right away, and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue.
Each order can only have one delivery address. However, after completing your order, you can use the Re-Order feature to send the same items to a different address.
